It's pretty cold out, we have crunchy snow outside. I am very happy I am an indoor kitty. I've been making sure Mom sits down so I can sit next to her and snuggle. She likes the new TV show Leverage and I sit next to her when she watches. She can see it whenever she wants, which is a good thing considering her bedtime is 10 of the clock.Mom's got the picture box room and the kitchen clean. One of her goals for 2009 is to leave the kitchen clean after she uses it to cook. We'll see how long that lasts. She's also trying to lose some weight, and I'm in the same boat as Parker, when Mom's on a diet, everybody's on a diet! So I'm not getting as many treats as usual at treat time.
It could be a lot worse! I could have to live outside. Eek! Um, thanks Mom.

I hope I can be as cool as you some day. I still will not lay close to Mom or Dad. I will walk across mom's lap and stand on her, but I am not comfortable sitting or laying too close!
ReplyDeleteGlad you've got a nice warm house. I like to watch Leverage with my kitties, too. BTW, the first episode was especially interesting for me, as many of the scenes were filmed in the same building as my office. All identifiable locations (most of the episode) were in downtown Chicago, all within a mile of my office and mostly on the same block.
ReplyDeleteEnough location shooting is done in Chicago that I have fun watching to see how the locations are used. Much of "The Dark Knight" was filmed in downtown Chicago late at night a couple of years ago. I walked through downtown on many of those nights when they were setting up to shoot. Next up - Patrick Swayze's new series "The Beast."

ReplyDeleteCinza is such a mooch, our people have been adding grated carrots to her meals so she doesn't gain more weight. She's the most active kitty we've ever met (aka Little Ms. ADD), but she's still got a heavy build.
