Thursday Thirteen - Birthday Dessert
Mom made this nifty dessert for Mr Karate last night, when he was here for his special birthday dinner of Steak, Roasted Asparagus with Parmesan Cheese, Grilled Red Onion Slices and Rice Pilaf.

ReplyDeleteMom has a hard time when Mr Karate asks for his favorites, chocolate cake, brownies, etc. So she usually has a small piece, and then gives him the rest to take home. She has lost a lot of weight, and likes being "thin."
ReplyDeleteActually, this angel food cake with a bit of chocolate isn't as bad as, say, brownies with ice cream!
