Here is what Mom made for the Family Dinner on Saturday night:
Mr Karate's girlfriend took one look at it and said, "It's a Carrot Cake!" She was right! It was a Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting. Mom will post the recipe on her cooking blog later. Mom says this cake has crushed pineapple in it.
