Tattle Tail Tuesday

There wasn't any snow on Christymas. It all melted. There's only one small pile of snow in the front where Mom piled it when she shoveled the driveway on Turkey day.

It can be warm with snow, and cold without snow. Snow has nothing to do with whether it is cold or not. However, we have a very cold week coming up. The temperature isn't supposed to get above freezing until Saturday, and there is no snow in the forecast until Sunday at the earliest.

Well, I guess that's good if your mom is planning to drive anywhere, but it rather dampens the prospects for the inaugural When When contest in your new home.

We bet your view is much more exciting without the snow, Millie. More birds and small critters foraging in the woods!

We are having the same blast of cold temps. out West Millie. Last week a record breaking 70 degrees & today the thermometer has not gone above 23 degrees. At least the sun was out & it was a great day for snoozing in sun puddles. That always makes us cats happy. We may get a bit of snow when the cold air decides to move East & the warmer air comes in. We usually only see snow when cold & warm fronts meet & there is enough moisture in the air. We bet the skwirls & critters outside are stocking up on food supplies with the cold temps. coming. Keep your eyes peeled for activity in your outdoor territory Millie.

Keep warm, Millie - and that is such a pretty outlook - especially from your high position.
