Finally Friday!

Here's what it looks like outside this morning:Lots of snow. It has been a very snowy January, as you can see from this graphic from the news.
Concord is about a 20 minute drive north of here, and is the only place in the state of New Hampster where the official weather records are kept.

The good news is there is no snow in the forecast for the next few days. Mom was so happy she brought her new metal masheen for a bath.

It's another one of those I'm-so-glad-I'm-a-Cat moments!

That is amazing, that even with all the snow you have been getting, there are years that were even worse! I'm glad you are getting a break for a while.

Wow, you do have a lot of snow! We had some in December but none in January. It is cold this week though.

We hope your mum is supporting Andy Murray in the Aus Open final since it is about a squillion years since a Brit won a grand slam title. We like Novak too but Andy NEEDS to win one!

Can you believe they say NYC has had 56 inches so far - the snowiest january on record. We are not in NYC, but not so far. I don't care much, but the Dad has been doing an awful lot of work with his snow blower. Hooray for a garage for the metal machine, though.

I hope things warm up for you in New Hampster, and that the snow stays away for a week or so at least.

Millie - I'm a little concerned for you. If your mom took the metal masheen for a bath, she might be thinking that you're next. I don't think you'd enjoy a mom-style bath very much at all!

That's what it's been like here too, neighbor, and my cats aren't minding the snow one bit...because they've been inside BUT Henry, our tabby, got his first chance to walk in the snow last week....on a harness....he's so daring!

That is a lot of snow. We know Mom wanted to get all the road salt and grit off her metal machine!
