I'm telling you, it's a regular quilt merry-go-round here. Mom finished her quilt for the Doll Quilt Swap, and that is on its way OUT. Then this quilt, for her pal Julie, came IN. Mom says it won't stay long, and then it too, is gonna go OUT.
Psst... Mom's hunting the ever-elusive Month End, and then, when she gets home, she will start her big stay-cation. Woo hoo! She's gonna watch a lot of Tennis, and she will do some sewing. I plan to get a lot of scritches.
I'm sponsoring a special prize this year!
Naturally, I had to take a nap on it!
My dear, dear friend, and Cat Blogosphere legend, Fat Eric, has gone to the Rainbow Bridge.
Please join me in sending purrs to their Mums and Dads.
Hi there!
Lookit where my 'Nip plant was this morning when Mom got up. She says it was the wind, but I am not sure I believe her.
I'm very happy to announce I am one of the sponsors of Monty's "Do the Q" contest. I am offering this nifty zippered little bag as a prize for the "Best Tuxie." Any Tuxie, cat, woofie or any other black and white pet, will be eligible. More info to come on Monty's blog.
I know now that I would have found a good home, and a loving family, but gee willikers, who would have thought I have so many friends all over the world!
In her favorite color!
1. The house is messy and she needs to clean it up. She cleared off this stool just for me. From here I can see all the fabric bits that are scattered about the floor in her sewing room. I think the rug-sucking monster is needed.
2. She doesn't know everything. When Mom was out with Mr Karate on Sunday, she saw these at Russo's and she doesn't know what they are. She says Google and Wikipedia aren't being much help. DKM? Anybody?
Mom's been busy with her day hunting gig, cleaning the house, and gallavanting all about Beantown with Mr Karate. You can read about it on her quilting blog. The continuing adventures of me, Millie, the kitty Malcolm rescued and cat bloggers all over the world helped save. I'm really grateful.
