4 Year Gotcha-Day!

It's my 4-Year Gotcha-Day! Four years ago I came to live here. I was a rescue kitty from Connecticat. I had been hit by a car. I got a bionic leg. I got a second chance, but I was scared.I know now that I would have found a good home, and a loving family, but gee willikers, who would have thought I have so many friends all over the world!

Who would've thought I'd get an extra fambly (and a Mancat friend, Monty Q) in Mary-land. (I even have a special Angel.) Oh! I have had so many amazing experiences. I am such a lucky girl-cat!

It's hard to believe I got so lucky with my Mom. She understands I am afraid of getting picked up, so she doesn't try. She doesn't try to make me wear a collar, or clip my claws. She gives my my favorite flavors of stinky goodness, and treats. I even get fresh, home-grown 'Nip. It's my Gotcha-Day, but it's a special day for my Mom, too.

So I got her some roses...
In her favorite color!

Happy happy anniversary Millie. It was very sweet of you to get your Mom some flowers.

You seem to have a very rich and fulfilling life - even if you do have to tolerate that rug-sucking monster every now and then.

Keep on blogging.

Happy Gotcha Day, dearest Millie! Today's my 10th birthday - I was adopted in Mary-land and brought to OH10 when my forever Mum found a new day hunting job. You're lucky not to have a dawg in your house!

Enjoy the nip!

Happy Gotcha Day!

And hey, do you think your Mom could speak to my Human about that whole picking-up thing? I suffer through it, and once in awhile I can't help but purr, but overall I'd like her stop, or at least cut down on the number of attempts! Could you work on that for me?

It may sound terrible, but, getting hit by dat car at dat very moment so dat Malcolm could find yoo is prolly da best thing dat effur happened...yoo gots a wunnerful home, yoor mommy gots a wunnerful companion and we gots a wunnerful frend! We think dat may haf been da beginning of alla da kitties (and der famblies) working together on da innernets to make life better one kitty at a time.
